The company has grown within the Renewables Industry mostly through recommendation and are proud that we have been asked to attend the 2023 Solar Energy Expo London, Solar Storage Live NEC Birmingham and Intersolar Munich.
Our services have included:
- Specialist transport vehicles including Heavy HIABS, low loaders and flatbeds transporting high value PV equipment such as Transformers, Inverters, HV Switchgear and Battery Units.
- On site alterations to Steel Containers used for high value storage and containerised Inverter stations such as Anti Condensation systems, additional Fans for increased air flow through Transformer and Inverter stations, design, fabrication and fitting of additional vents and louvres, Hand Rails and staircases for personnel access and fitting of container lock boxes to name a few.
- EPDM roof covering for leaking inverter stations, GRP buildings.
- Supply of bespoke Containers for containerised Inverter stations, Containerised Offices, and Drying Rooms bult to your needs then delivered and lifted into position on site.
- Fabrication, supply and fitting of Electric gates with cell phone entry to your site.
- Supply and fitting of Palasade Fence Enclosures.
- Contract Lifting using the latest Mobile cranes and lifting equipment for Transformer and Inverter Installs and Removals, HV Switch and DNO Rooms, down to individual Switchgear removals all supplied with full site-specific RAMS.
- We also supply All Terrain / Off Road HIABS when the ground conditions on site are not great, as well as Telehandlers and Heavy Lift Forklifts.
- We can collect your faulty transformer from site anywhere in the UK no matter the ground conditions and transport it to be repaired whether that’s in the UK or Europe. Once it has been repaired, we will collect and lift back into position on site with as little downtime to you as possible.
- Battery Removal from Battery Storage sites supplying RAMS, Forklifts and Operators to assist with the task.
- Supply of Temporary Aluminium Roadway anywhere in the UK to allow safe access to your equipment.
- Cable purchase and delivery, because of our long-standing relationship with the leading cable suppliers in the UK and Europe we can supply and deliver LV & HV Cable to your site at short notice.
- Onsite Generator, equipment, containers and stock uplift and relocation.
- Our employees are trained as Crane Appointed Persons, Crane Supervisors, Slinger/Signallers, Banksman, Fire Marshalls and First Aiders.
- Construction And Landscaping Plant Hire with or without an operator.
- On the request of some of our customers we provide a survey service, where we will visit all sites on your portfolio and highlight any issues that may arise if the time comes when a transformer, inverter or a piece of switchgear needs to be removed or replaced. For example, temporary roadway is required, repair/ widening is required to the existing roadway, above ground cables limiting access, condition of concrete roof lifting points etc. So when the time comes we have a plan in place for each site and know what equipment is required any issues are known so down time for the site is kept to a minimum.
